What is Fiesta Frank's?

Fiesta Frank's is your best source for used Fiesta parts in the United States. We have all sorts of stock, performance, and racing parts for your Mk1 Ford Fiesta XR1 that we have accumulated over the 20 years that we have been racing Fiestas. Fiesta Frank's is our way of providing you with the increasingly hard-to-find parts and advice you need, while helping to offset the costs of keeping our Fiesta racing heritage alive. But that's just the beginning.

The Fiesta Frank Community

Through our newly acquired domain and continuously growing website at FiestaFrank.com, we hope to build and flourish into a community of Fiesta owners, aficionados, and anyone who shares our passion and love for the Ford Fiesta in the United States. It seems these days that it's getting harder and harder to find anything on the web for the Fiesta in the US; for parts, forums, or advice you have to venture into the .co.uk's or, if you're really adventurous, the .de's. Well, we're here because we know that there are still some stateside Fiesta's and Fiesta-lovers out there, and we deserve a .COM. So, help us grow, and be sure to look for added features to FiestaFrank.com in the future, including forums, Fiesta photo galleries, and more! If you have any suggestions, comments, or ways to make our website better serve our community, please let us know at support@fiestafrank.com. We want to hear what you think!

How did Fiesta Frank Become Fiesta Frank?

After being exposed to sports cars during the first part of his life living in Germany, Fiesta Frank (though, then he was simply known as "Frank") found only Richard Petty and Stock Cars growing up in North Carolina. At the age of 19 he was introduced to the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) by a trip to a local alignment shop to repair a friend's GTO. In the back of the shop was a fully race prepared Toyota Corolla, and its owner was only too happy to tell him about the sport of autocrossing, a single car time-trial event. A second place trophy in his first even driving a 1968 Firebird hooked him for life. Later, an Opel GT gave way to a Pontiac Fiero but then in 1986 the urge to compete on a track against others became too much to resist. A trip to the used car lot resulted in a pair of Ford Fiestas, neither of which ran. It took the better part of a year to complete the first race car which eventually placed 2nd in a National Championship event in 1990.

Since then, Fiesta Frank has gone on to set many track records and win many races with his ITC-prepped Fiestas around the Mid-west road-racing circuit. In the process, he's made many friends at and around the track while resisting the movement in ITC from Fiestas to Civics, thus becoming affectionately known as Fiesta Frank. In the twenty years that he has been racing, he has owned over forty Fiestas! And as long as he and his two-thousand-dollar Fiestas can continue beating those ten-thousand-dollar Civics, he will continue the tradition.
